The 3M Scotch-Brite Clean and Strip XT Pro Disc uses silicon carbide abrasive in an open nylon web to remove rust, paint, mill scale, coatings and adhesives while helping maintain the base material. The conformable, high strength fiber construction resists loading and chunking and performs well on edges for fast surface preparation and weld cleanup.
