3M Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Disc 07455 is a coarse grade, nonwoven surface conditioning disc designed for low to medium pressure blending, cleaning, deburring and refining on a wide range of metals. The conformable open web construction helps resist loading and maintain consistent finishing on irregular or contoured surfaces.
