3M Factory-Match Seam Sealer 08323 is a two-part urethane seam sealer designed to create tough, flexible seals on primed or painted automotive substrates. Its medium/high viscosity and slight flow-out help produce a rounded OEM-style appearance, with a fast tack-free time and the ability to be top coated in about 45 minutes under normal conditions.
