3M Cold Shrink Insulator 8428-12 is an EPDM rubber cold shrink tube designed to provide primary insulation and environmental sealing for solid dielectric insulated wires and cable splices rated up to 1 kV. It installs by hand with no tools or heat and delivers a durable, water resistant seal for indoor or outdoor applications.
