3M Cold Shrink Insulator 8423-6 is an EPDM rubber cold shrink tube designed to provide primary insulation and environmental sealing for solid dielectric insulated wire and cable splices up to 1 kV. It installs by hand with no tools or heat and helps deliver a durable, water resistant seal for indoor, outdoor, direct burial, and submersible applications.
