3M Urethane Foam Tape 4104 is a firm, high-density open-cell urethane foam tape with a single-sided acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. Designed to cushion, dampen vibration and help seal out moisture, dust and drafts while allowing air or vapors to pass through.
