3M Adhesion Promoter 111 is a fast-acting, isopropyl alcohol-based solution that cleans and primes in one step to improve tape adhesion on high surface energy substrates like painted metal and galvanized steel. The clear liquid dries in about one minute, has a non?offensive odor, and helps increase bond strength at both normal and cooler temperatures.
