3M Dry Guide Coat 05860 is a carbon black powder guide coat in a cartridge refill designed to help reveal surface imperfections such as pinholes and deep scratches in primer and body filler. The dry formula requires no masking and has no dry time after application, and it can be used for either wet or dry sanding.
