3M Nitrile High Performance Plastic Adhesive 1099 is a fast-drying, high-performance adhesive designed to form strong, flexible bonds on most vinyls and plastics. It provides long-term adhesion with resistance to weathering, water, oils, fuels, and plasticizer migration, making it well-suited for industrial assembly, MRO, and automotive trim and upholstery work.
