3M Super Bond Film Tape 396 is a transparent polyester film tape with a rubber resin adhesive designed for aggressive tack and reliable holding power on low surface energy materials such as polyethylene. This single sided tape is commonly used for butt splicing and core starting applications and offers abrasion chemical and thermal resistance.
