Scotch-Brite coating removal disc features extra coarse silicon carbide mineral and a conformable non woven web to help remove paint and rust from metal surfaces and welds. The open web responds to surface irregularities and contours to support surface preparation while helping maintain part geometry. Hook and loop backing supports fast attachment to a compatible backup pad sold separately.
