3M Scotch-Weld Plastic & Rubber Instant Adhesive PR100 is a clear, low-viscosity instant (cyanoacrylate) adhesive designed for fast handling strength in under 20 seconds and full cure in 24 hours. It is formulated for bonding difficult-to-bond substrates such as EPDM, polypropylene, and polyethylene when used with an appropriate primer, and dispenses from a flexible bottle for either precise drops or a steady bead.
