3M Scotch Bi-Directional Filament Tape 8959 is a clear, fiberglass reinforced tape designed for heavy duty box sealing, bundling, strapping and cross web splicing. The synthetic rubber resin adhesive provides high initial adhesion to most surfaces while the bi-directional reinforcement helps resist tearing, abrasion and splitting during shipping and handling.
