3M Multi Purpose Duct Tape 3900 is a general use duct tape designed for maintenance, repair, and construction applications. It features a polyethylene film laminated to cloth scrim with a rubber adhesive that sticks quickly, tears cleanly from the roll, conforms to irregular surfaces, and provides a water resistant backing for durable performance.
