3M Scotch Buried Barricade Tape 363 is a non-adhesive polyethylene film warning tape designed to be buried 4 to 6 inches below grade to provide early warning during excavation. The tape features a red background with the message CAUTION HIGH VOLTAGE CABLE BURIED BELOW and measures 3 in x 1000 ft per roll.
