3M Scotch Foil Tape 3311 is a silver aluminum foil tape with aggressive rubber adhesive designed for general repair, duct sealing, and insulating seam and joint applications. The conformable dead-soft foil backing adheres well to smooth and irregular surfaces while providing resistance to flame, moisture, UV degradation, and water vapor transmission.
